Log into your professional account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 7-10 business days.
